What I'd be more interested in is adding Ecchi Combine to Cybuster and Valcione-R. The two mecha would fuse together, Vandread style, letting Rooster and Shinobu form up in battle for the glory of CAKE.
Once formed together, Cybuster loses it's [+] abilties and both units lose their MAP attacks and combo attacks. Twin Slash becomes a normal attack, becoming Fusion Slash. Their inherents merge, keeping the HP Regen at 10%.
Here is mock footage of such a transformation:
Two mobile suits can be seen on a training ground. The two units stop firing at targets and drop their guns. Each of the units close several weapon ports and rearrange themselves before one unit... teleports directly into the same place of the other unit. Instead of becoming a giant fireball, the two units form into one... becoming one suit.

[Note that while I posted the Hi-Nu Comdam, the actual basis was the Comdam Double X. Thustly, the descriptions will refer to it as thus.]
The Comdam Double X is a custom variant of the Comdam X unit built by Dr. Ichido of the Owessar project. The intent was to improve on the failings of the original design. To accomplish this, Charles Noname made a number of changes.
The original unit's amardments were largely left intact. The Dream Break yo-yos had proved themselves as reasonable deterrant in close range, and the Resolution cannon, though detested by Charles, was required for the battles ahead.
On top of these, Charles strengthened the unit's force field to a level in which it could stop most enemy attacks. He also added further armor plating to reduce damage which may get past the field. The structure was also signifigantly modded to allow the unit to enter orbit unassisted, operate in space, and return to the surface. The unit's ground velocity was improved, as well.
To suppliment the lacking weapon variety of the Comdam X, Charles added a number of weapons. First was the C Divider beam cannon which was put into the shield, capable of highly accurate fire. As well, Charles took advantage of ADA's high processing power and control systems, and developed a series of remote guided weapon platforms, dubbed "Vultures". The Vultures had 2 modes of fire, one using an internal beam gun and one which reflects shots fired by the C Divider. Vulcans and a backup beam saber were also included to improve the close range capability. Finally, a second Resolution was mounted, against Charles' wishes. Dr. Ichido forced this modification, to be sure the unit was ready to take on whatever the Death Shogun would throw at the Owessar team next.

Well. lessee here.. I got beat to Black Great by BerlapSack and likely a couple others (thus I don't really think that I should get a custom of it), I think someone else who actually owns Mazinger characters now should get the custom Mazinkaiser, and any adjustments to ZZ Gundam I could come up with would be fairly boring in comparison.
So, that leaves me with only one non-dressup unit I'm really famous for to customize.. the Aestivalis.
Basically, the idea I have for an "Aestivalis Tilus Frame" would have the following, besides the standard stuff (Rapid Rifle, Immediate Knife, Distortion Attack, etc):
- Improved HP/EN, but maybe bump up the HP into the next bunshin bracket to prevent Boson Jump abuse - Armor/DR, and lots of it.. something in the 40% range. (Can't have a MP-use mecha without lots of DR, of course!) - Replace IFS with Mazin Power, just because we can. XD - Wired Fist becomes a bit more beefy and maybe even gets a CC modifier - Drop Field Lancer and replace it with a Gai Super Upper-esque (V) that's EN-based instead of PC-based. (Gravity Blast?)
The only thing I'm not sure of yet is what it should evo off of (Any Aestie frame? Gai Frame? X-Aestie Kai?).. I guess I'll leave that to you.
