How's about something around here?
Valkyrie Pilot: 100 Ninja Senshi: 95 Coordinator: 90 Newtype: 90 Sei Senshi: 85 Enhanced Human: 85 Gundam Fighter: 80 Martian Successor: 75 Psychodriver: 75 Personal Trooper: 75 Masoukishin Herald: 70 Heavy Metal: 70 Tensai: 70 Yuusha: 65 Child of Eva: 65 Classless: 60 Mazinger/Getter/Grendizier Pilot: 60
Also, as stated, if Green/Yellow Haro was made HT, then it would be much harder for one of the "poor" dodgers to reach 5, and even if they did, that's sacrificing a lot of power, and they still have less dodges then a "good" dodger anyway. Thus, tossing out min DC shouldn't really be a problem.
As for pool increasers, I see something like, say, Tesla Drive give like, 20 or so, up to Quad which could be 50~60. Unit inherent could also be in a similar range.
As for regeneration, there's the usual item to do it, and then the 2 previously proposed spells. Maybe some units could have inherent regen, but that's something to be considered when such a unit is encountered.

The values look fine so far, though I'd think Newtype and Coordinator should be on the same level.

I'm actually thinking it'd be better if Coordinator were to be brought down a bit >> They already have great pilot abilities, after all.
And what's up with EH having a smaller dodge pool than GF? EH is much more reliant on dodging.

I think a regening Dodge pool is alittle over board, replenishable is ok but out right regen is kinda over the top
Also i agree NT should be in par with Coordinator (until we see in @3 how kira and Co can dodge compared to Amuro) Also maybe EH should be bumped up to 85 and Martian to 80

The thing about dodge pool regen... we have HP regen.

I think there should be some more tests, this time using the specific values before actually implementing anything. I'm still a bit worried that Dodging may become more advantageous than tanking with the way things are set up here, particularly when coupled with other secondary defenses.
As for dodge pool regen, burn that bridge when we come to it. Get the basics down first.

This isn't SRW. If it were DESTROY would exist and Sure Hit would mean you can't dodge at all. We need to keep the playing field even for both sides of the coin.

True there is HP regen, but we got attacks that can nuke Huge amount of HP, and if Min DC is gone, then we will have 5 DC again and there is only so much + to DC we can carry

Well, boss-class units very much favor SR pilots over Reals (with the possible exception of Tensai, for some bosses, and class-dependent stuff.) Something should be done about that.

You can bunshin a Locked-On attack.

Sure you can--in the Simulation Chamber, that is.

In SRW, too. I've seen Zero, Bergelmir Uruz, and other bunshinning units automatically dodge all my Lock-On attacks.
