While it's odd to CC with a kick or a punch, CCing with Sekiha Tenkyouken, or Fatum Crash, or Distortion Attack is just plain wrong.

So, like, why again do VPs have such low SP? In my @g game, my VPs have way more SP than my NTs. They even beat out the Getter Pilots and Bright.

Admittantly, Getters also have the strength of having 3 pilots. I believe that the high SP value given to ours is representative of that, back when there was no SAMW.
But yes, in Alpha, AG, and D, my VPs consistently had better SP then most other classes.

Really, Umb? I've been using VPs very consistently in D and they have the lowest SP for me at their levels, even compared to the other ace-type pilots I've used. (Didn't compare Getter pilots, but Usso/Haro had better SP than Mylene/Guvava or Ray/Viffidas at level 50.) Not by very much - maybe 5-10 points for RR pilots, and 30 for Noin and Hilde, originals, and SR pilots.
Differing kill count or use may account for some of that, but in any case it's hard to argue that represents a meaningful difference for VPs. (Although of course it raises the question of why our SP differences are so big regardless, at least if it's supposed to be strictly based on the games.) The only SP trends I ever really notice are: -more SP for SR pilots; -less SP for individual pilots in a multi-pilot mech; -less SP for "aces" (those who also have poor SD and/or SA).

From my @g game...
Ryouma (Level 42): 108 SP Hayato (42): 109 SP Benkei (42): 109 SP Shinobu (42): 104 SP Sara (42): 104 SP Ryo (42): 107 SP Masato (42): 102 SP Burning (40): 106 SP Jiron (40): 109 SP Chill (40): 113 SP Isamu (40): 115 SP Ryune (40): 113 SP Jamil (38): 103 SP Guld (38): 113 SP Camille (37): 99 SP Judau (37): 101 SP Loran (37): 114 SP Puru 2 (36): 98 SP Garrod (36): 109 SP Bright (35): 110 SP Usso (35): 97 SP Haro (35): 107 SP Four (34): 96 SP Amuro (34): 97 SP Paula (34): 94 SP Ragu (34): 95 SP Kouji (32): 119 SP Tetsuya (32): 120 SP Focker (32): 101 SP Max (32): 99 SP
While Mazins are the highest, these values certainly put VPs above NTs.

Its reasonable how the Dynamic classes have lots of SP considering they have Seishins that consume lots of SP(i.e. Iron Wall)
While most RR's have the effective seishin sets which consumes low SP.
As for VP's i dont know why they should get the lowest SP Value SC-wise.

SP gain in D seems to be fairly universally 2/level, at least in the pre-50 range, so I'll normalize all the characters I can easily find on my current game to level 50 SP totals that way.
Singles: Noin: 188 Hilde: 188 Shiro: 178 Boss: 178 Jun: 178 Sayaka: 178 Rim: 178 Joshua: 178 Kouji: 173 Quatre: 173 Tetsuya: 168 Schwartz: 168 Junko: 168 Fa: 168 Marvet: 168 Wufei: 163 Odelo: 163 Tomache: 163 B-D: 163 Roux: 163 Duo: 158 Trowa: 158 Garland pilot: 158 Docker: 158 D-Force leader: 158 Quess: 158 Zechs: 153 Gyunei: 153 Judau: 153 Katejina: 153 Chronicle: 153 Heero: 153 Basara: 148 Gamlin: 148 Amuro: 148 Milia: 148 Camille: 148 Char: 148 Max: 148
Doubles Roger/Dorothy: 178/128 (Dorothy not always present) Usso/Haro: 148/138 Ray/Viffidas: 143/138 Mylene/Guvava: 148/128
Triples Ryouma/Hayato/Benkei: 158/138/148 Gou/Kei/Gai: 158/138/148

Well, even in D, it appears, VPs are on par with NTs.
Really, is there any reason, SC-wise, that VPs should have crappy SP?

The Only thing I Could thing of is the Convertion Cost. If the Valks get a Better SP then the Convertion cost might have to got up. Valks already get 5 DC, Guts, Countershoot and Advance Maneuver witch allows them to have an Extra Attack phase or Lose an Attack Phase and Dodge Everything. All this follows them in every mech they step into, All this Before counting the Abilites that rely on the Mech itself I think if the Valks get NT-Like SP Pools then the Convertion Cost my have to go up, there are other classes that don't have as many abilites and they cost more (Heavy Metal, Tensai, Ninjas). But that's just me. Sorry if I sound rude, but this is how I feel. I Personally don't think Amping the Convertion Cost would be too bad anyways (Considering that Already-Valks don't have to pay a thing and Anyone that'll get a Valk as a Sub-Class after would pretty much be getting there money's Worth, more so than Child of EVAs). EDIT: I Too Feel that Valks Sould get more SP, but The Convertion Cost is the Only Reason I could think of that would prevent the Valks of getting more SP

Considering all the other classes, Conversion Costs are already dumb. Very few of them actually represent the value of the class. Like how the Dynamics are cheaper then pretty much everyone else.
Really, the costs shouldn't be an issue until someone goes through and fixes them all.

I like how that D chart shows that more SP means you suck.
