Yanbetari, Goldion Crusher IS Ideon Gun Lite. But you also have to remember that it is a one hit wonder, With its rounds being locked at 1.
Intresting use of Genesic Aura, Imban. But another thing hit me for Genesic GaiGar, should't also have use of Genesic Aura? Im cant quite remember Ill have to watch parts of GGG Final again unless some else remembers. As for Gadget Feather with a -7 DC mod was fine.
Edit: I also see the point about having to use GG and Final Fusion in the same fight to get GGGG maybe we can make it GaoGaiGar in 10 fights instread of the way it is now?

Except that GGG doesn't dodge. And when it does, it doesn't dodge well.

In Alpha 2 it was a very good dodger. Though in order to get Star GGG giving Guy S in terrians did help with that but it still was a good dodger, more so then other SRs.

Well maybe Shin Getter-2(and related forms), but much more then Shin Getter-1. But that was my game. Point taken.

Well, SRs dodge horribly in the games for balance reasons. However, these reasons don't exist quite as much in the SC as in SRW games, where pilot classes define dodge cost more than mecha. Shin Getter was always quite a dodger in the Getter Robo Armageddon anime.

I dont know about Genesic Aura, i mean why have an abillity that wont see any use. As for the requirement, ill change that to having GGG or Star GGG with 10 fights. As for GGG being dodgy, Yes it dodges better than Shin-Getter 1, and its not due to the S tag in all terrain since i also gave that to ryoma, its more due to the Yuusha Ability in @2 which grants them an Above Decent Dodge. Also note in SHin Getter Armageddon, Shin Getter is the featured Mech, of course it would be dodging like crazy, he is the hero But compare it game wise, it dodge better than mazinkaizer i can agree, but GGG always outshined it in the dodge department, but then again Shin getter can whoop ass better

My initial impressions are that this unit is able to pound both MazinKaiser and Shin Getter into the ground easily. With damage reduction almost as impressive as MazinKaiser, dodge cost reduction as much as an above average Real Robot, a powerful barrier in the form of Protect Shade and more HP and EN than both Kaiser and Shin, I think we have ourselves a real monster here.
I don't even want to go into the 12 EN Regen per turn and the sheer cheesiness of Bolting Driver.
Seriously, if we are really going for this, the least we could do is to put 1 Item Slot on it, not 2.

Actually, Bolting Driver isn't that cheesy. 10 PCs + 20 EN does 260 (with the Yuusha bonus and all) damage and a half-PARALYZE to one target.
Anyway, you seem to miss two things. Mazinkaiser's DR isn't that much higher, but it has 25% HP regen. It's often very hard to break through its regeneration. On top of that, Shin Getter Robo has 30 free dodges with a Getter Pilot at the helm - 20 Open Gets and 10 Shin Mach Specials.

Genesic Aura wouldn't really be useless. It'd just be suited to taking on the right AI units. Not like there aren't already similar abilities via Hell and Heaven.

True, but Genesic Gaogaigar has Protect Shade which allows it to nullify hell of a lot of damage. A continous stream of energy from its EN Regen will allow it to spam the barrier like no tomorrow. Plus, I can't imagine how tough GGGG will be if it has Chogokin Nu-Z installed along with its current Genesic Armor. And an astute user will put an Orihalconium Armor for its second item slot. When combined with Yuushas with Great Perservance, welcome to hell.

First off, you can't tack a Chogo-Nu-Z on it, because it already has an (Armor) ability, and Chogo isn't stackable. Second, Protect Shade only negates 45 damage, while the Dynamics at Dairyouku and Full Ki-Ai would probably be doing 10 times that. Also, the barrier has no effect on (M) attacks (and I think someone suggested extending that to all :-[s) Lastly, even with Genesic Armor and Protect Shade, Yuushas just don't get the same level of DR the Dynamics do. So they can tank a lot, and fire off just as many Greater Perseverences (more if you're a Gren Pilot.)
So, while agree that the -7 DC is a tad much, this version seems like a good test base.

Oh, the other thing regarding the DC. If GGG's dodginess in Alpha 2 is due to the Yuusha ability, then it should not be taken in to consideration when making the unit stats. It was already taken in to consideration when making the class stats.

And in the show, it's about as agile as a barn.
