This unit, the Gekigangar III, was one of several promotional mecha created by Nergal Industries (current rights holder to the Gekigangar III TV series) to promote the series, as well as to promote their own products. They did a surprisingly good job of recreating the classic mecha, down to the most minute details. This unit, the X-Aestivalis Kai, was built by Nergal off of data acquired from Tilus's fights in the various Aestivalis frames. Among the things noted by Nergal was his supposedly 'universe-rending' Gai Super Upper. This unit relies on a similar theme, however, Nergal has found a way to use the Gravity Wave Beam technology to allow the pilot to perform a similarly powerful technique almost indefinitely. This unit, a Valcione-R, was one of four units delivered to the hangar by Protesia. Thankfully she has a more reasonable explanation for getting ahold of this one - it was assigned to her by Mao Industries while serving as a labrat on the PT-X project.
Since then, after Protesia's failures in attempting to control the unit effectively, we've let some others try it out. Unfortunately, they didn't fare all that much better, and the weaknesses of the original model began to show. Because of this, we decided to tweak the unit significantly allowing for more weapons and a greater power output, and even some limited regeneration capabilities. After taking a look at the old Zaku II F-Type laying around the Hangar collecting dust, they decided to analyze some of my combat data, allowing their engineers to tweak the unit to better reflect this new and foreign style of combat. The result is a much better armored mobile suit that can take damage very well and dish it right back. Some of them are even saying it might be on par with the Gundam line of mobile suits.. This unit, the Zaku II F2-type, was a free gift granted to the Hangar of Stuff by the Principality of Zeon. After helping out their research with some very interesting combat data, they gave me this unit as thanks. It seems to have some improvements over the standard F-type, however, they're not as significant as the customizations made to the original F-type, and as such, it likely won't be used very much. ..While transporting our mecha from the Photon Research Institute to the new Hangar of Stuff, somehow Boss's underwhelming Boss Borot got mixed in there as well. While we're always happy to receive new additions to the Hangar of Stuff, right now it looks like this giant walking scrap heap is just taking up space. When we called to deliver it back, Boss insisted that the unit could be improved even more from the mighty and invincible unit it is now. While we're a bit hesitant to believe him, we might as well give it one last chance and hope Shomaia, our chief designer, can somehow pull out a miracle and actually make it useful.. This unit, the Wildbullet, is an original creation by the Hangar crew, based off a volatile Personal Trooper prototype of the same name. It was built according to a set of plans found in the cockpit of Protesia's outdated and now dismantled Gespenst, with numerous tweaks for extra pilot safety, to make sure that none of the accidents Protesia encountered while test piloting for Mao Industries would ever occur in this unit. This unit, Gundam Ez-8, was based off of an old Land Battle Gundam we acquired some time back. After testing it out, and seeing it get utterly destroyed, we realized we had no parts to repair it and couldn't obtain any. However, with the skills of our rather creative crew, we managed to repair it with some parts salvaged from destroyed Zakus. This hackjob repair actually wound up creating a new unit, improving it somewhat over the original model. This unit, a Type-133 Ball, was based off of a standard Ball given to Solicis Elushion by the Earth Federal Forces. We were quite surprised that the EFF had mass produced these things, as they have minimal structural integrity and appeared to have little chance against a mobile suit.
Or did it?
After some tests with the unit, we discovered it actually packed a significant amount of firepower. This unit, an RB-79K Ball, was given to us from the Earth Federal Forces. Apparently, the original pilot of this unit had managed to defeat a Zaku on its' own using only this unit. This unit, the Kurangar 3, is Yamato Ichido's own creation. Yamato spent his entire life savings on constructing the robot (which, as he is a loser fanboy, really isn't all that much). This unit, the Ex-S (Superior) Gundam, was.. er-hem, 'acquired' by Solicis after some pilot left it alone some time ago. Apparently, he acquired it for one reason and one reason only - which had to do with the female-like AI assistant program present in the unit. Amazingly enough, this program has the capability to learn with experience. It seems Solicis enjoys trying to hit on it, though..
