I like them. I forsee mixing the repair amount booster and repair while still attacking as possibly unbalanced in dressups, but other than that I really like these stats. One comment is that EN saver substitutes itself for a HT item at maxed value. Might not be a problem since I don't know if en giga chip has ever been used anyway, and it takes a ridiculous amount of UPs to replace it with the pilot skill, but it's worth mentioning.

I don't see the need to limit the total amount of levels a player has, either. I know people will max out their skills sooner or later (and some MUCH sooner).

HMm looks ok, make us use UP other than SP and seishin XD Yeah, gives certain people with "not good, just developed SP pools and well-rounded seishin" something to do with their UP.

One question: Would these stack additively with existing bonuses, or be seperate abilities, and thus stack multiplicatively? Example: Tensai + En Save L3 Would it be 80% EN reduction? ((1 - (.5 + .3)) = .2) Or 65% EN reduction? ((1 - .5) * (1 - .3) = .35) Example: Gundam Fighter + Brawler L3 Would it be +55% damage? ((1 + (.25 + .3)) = 1.55) Or +62.5% damage? ((1 + .25) * (1 + .3) = 1.625)

Given tendencies with currently existing class abilities, I don't see any reason why the bonuses would stack additively. All existing classes with multiple abilities that affect the same thing (Potential/Ki-Ai, Size Mastery/Hyperize, Super Mode/Martial Arts Mastery) apply multiplicatively, so it makes sense that Skills would work the same.
