If you notice, it's the only X attack the entire Chou Ryujinmaru series has.

So? If it doesn't work that way in the source, then it shouldn't be changed just because that frame might be weak. I'd like to note that the frame in question also has an ability which halves CC cost, that's pretty strong.
There's a lot of units with useless and pointless attacks and frames in the Hangar. Take a look at Kikaoh, or some of the Yuushas, for example. Or Dendoh BH/DF. Not everything translates into a strong unit when reproduced faithfully. And not everything HAS to be. This thing has a bijillion forms. There's no way that you're going to make all of them "strong" and still be balanced.
If it isn't an (X) in the source, then it shouldn't be an (X) in the stats.

As for kennou... we just could use the one swing attack like the 150 gerbera straight or anything more weaker to complement on what you guys want... (though i've seen wataru do tons of multiple slash attacks using kennou...). Take note that Ryujinmaru is not your ordinary Super Deformed SR, since it can dish out quite good.
also another thing... gekkou in the anime doesnt attack much or wasnt really intended to attack since its purpose was defense only...
well look not all forms are strong as you can see... besides this havent been finallized yet...

Updates: -Re-edited Kennou Ryujinmaru's hissatsu attacks -confirmed Kennou "The King of Swords" which means.... it gets the same Sword Saint embodiment also the unit is tagged as High-tier instead now -also renamed Ryuoumaru 2 to Shinsei Ryuoumaru as per anime and manga basis
Notes: -Chou Ryujinmaru and all variants is still going to get changed a bit and maybe tagged the spirit armors to HT since it almost fought alone by itself fighting the entire Makaishin(Demon God Legion) -Chou Majin Ryujinmaru isnt complete yet still lacking its final spirit modifiers and hissatsu attack
more eiyuuden units still to come...

I was just wondering about Uchuu Henshin? does the armor phase with the unit magically or is it installed manually?

The Star peice on Ryuoumaru's head flips around as the body changes form before is lands back in place. Basically it calls out the Power Locked within Ryuoumaru.
