for me, i would think it would be more realistic if u can pilot a mech of ur own class alot more efficiently than those outside of ur class, so i would like it if there are 2 different stats for each class (one pilots mechs within series, and the other outside)

As long As We're Talking about Giving A Boost the The More Unpopular Classes, how about A Small defencive Amp to the Heavy Metals? I Mean, Being that the PT's Got that New +25% Attack power and the Additon of the CO and Antibodies, Maybe This Defence Heavy Class Could Use A Lil Face Lift? I Guess it Sounds Selfish coming from a Heavy Metal, But I'm the Last Heavy Metal too

Trigger: since the HMs in SRW seem to specialize in Beam weapons, why dont we give bonuses to anti beam defenses and increase the effectiveness of beam weapons

The main problem with upgrading HM, as we discussed in chat the other day, is that it's currently in a pretty well balanced "Tier" of pilot classes. Mainly Real-Robot Pilots who do Super robot things; the problem being that if you upgrade HM, you have to upgrade Tensai, PD, PT and GF inorder to keep them ballanced with each other. And I don't think we're ready to mod all those classes just yet, though if anyone has an idea on how to keep them balanced.. I'm open for it.

Besides, the point of being an HM is to be as defencive as possablie. I don't think giving any kind of damage amp would help, even if they ruled with beams

If you're gonna upgrade HM, then I must insist you increase the Coordinator PSA bonus to 10 instead of 5. It has the same level of neccesity as any proposed HM mods Berrik

Bah, you wanna complain? Once CS gets modded my class is gonna lose a pretty darn big advantage, and then if we lose Pinpoint Accuracy like was suggested... But I'm not complaining about being NT Lite, I chose it after all.

I think Valks are being looked at for being Modded. They're pretty must at a higher proity than a me

As far as I know, if we're getting anything it's a NERF. And the only reasons I've seen for to do so are that A. We're not that accurate in SRW, and B. Definitely not moreso than a NEWTYPE. Not to mention that CS is being modded all around the board. For Coordinators, they're not much good outside of SEED mode, especially when not in a unit with PSA. And they can be totally gypped out of SEED if the opponent knows how to tap-dance around it. Let's not forget that they don't get the ability until they've taken a considerable amount of damage, while most classes get to use their abilities for free. Honestly, Heavy Metal was my second choice behind VP. I took VP because I love Macross and I could easily fit it into my character's backstory, wheras I know jack about L-Gaim. If VP gets altered to where I don't like it or can't use it much anymore, I'm saving up to change to HM. If they really DID need another ability though, a cool one might be something like Beam Countershoot. Same thing as CS but it can only be used with (B) weapons and can only negate (B) weapons. Or inherent Beam Coating.
