As the SCW Chief-Mod, here's what I've summarized and what I can suggest to (possibly) balance and clear things out. As it CAN and MAY effect the SCW, and HAS THE POSSIBLITY to step on other people's RP.
Mothership Unit Limitation:
1) 50 HP = 1 unit
2) This is uses the base HP of the unit. Unit limit can't be increased by wearing HP-increasing items.
Mothership Assignation:
1) If you own a mothership unit, and you have SAWM characters, you may use them to pilot your own units and assign them unto it. Your mothership MUST BE atleast manned by one of your characters. If your ship's unit limit exceeds your SAWM pilot, the other units' pilot will be consider classless.
Here's an example:
Hagane has 400 HP, thus it has 8 unit slots.
Hagane's Crew:
SAWM slot 1: Getter Pilot
SAWM slot 2-5: Classless
Hagane's Units:
Unit Slot 1: R-1 (Psychodriver)
Unit Slot 2: Alteisen (PT Pilot)
Unit Slot 3: Freedom Gundam (CO)
Unit Slot 4: Z Gundam (NT)
Unit Slot 5: GaoGaiGar (Yuusha)
Unit Slot 6: Geshpenst (Classless)
Unit Slot 7: GM (Classless)
Unit Slot 8: Zaku (Classless)
2) If you don't own a mothership unit, you can be assign to another player's mothership unit, as long as, you asks politely.
Here's an example:
Let's say Aslan, Quattro, Ta-Kun, Berrik, Mao, Regris, Raizen and Jnk are players who doesn't have a mothership and yet they are participating players. Frost here, who has a mothership and has sub-characters, still can't decide whether to bring his own units or not, or just asks some unassigned people to be assigned to his Hagane. Then each of the players who doesn't have a mothership assigned yet decided to asks Frost politely, and Frost agrees to let them be assigned to his Hagane, which results:
Hagane has 400 HP, thus it has 8 unit slots.
Hagane's Crew:
SAWM slot 1: Frost's Psychodriver
SAWM slot 2-5: his sub-characters
Hagane's Units:
Unit Slot 1: Huckybine Mk-III (Aslan Cross)
Unit Slot 2: Nightingale (Quattro Bajina)
Unit Slot 3: Gundam DX (Ta-Kun)
Unit Slot 4: Liege Geios (Berrik)
Unit Slot 5: Psycho Gundam MK-III (Mao)
Unit Slot 6: Billbine (Regris)
Unit Slot 7: G-Dressup (Raizen)
Unit Slot 8: Masouki-Dressup (JnK)
RPing:
1) RPing is required (this is obvious, since you can't participate if you don't RP... >_>)
X) Decision as SCW mod: This is a decision I'm going to make as a SCW mod. I'll probably create a 'SEPERATE' special thread on SCW for this event. This thread will have no influence on the SCW or whatsoever, b'coz this thread is only created for SC-SEED re-make event only. Plus, I don't want people's RP to step on each other. As this SC-SEED re-make and SCW are alternate dimensions. And, I want to hear your opinions and reactions about this people~
X) This event will be probably have no effect on SCW. So let's say Signal is in 'Alaska: Macross City', but Signal is in 'Special RP Thread'. This'll have no impact on the SCW, even if the same character is existing at the same time but at different location.
Travelling:
1) If motherships are gonna be use for travel/reinforcement, Travel Time: minimum of 1 turn and maximum of 3 turns.
2) If units is used instead, Travel Time: minumum of 3 turns and max of 5 turns.
3) Units can attack right away at the next turn.
*Notes: Travelling will probably be not required if people agrees with the 'SEPERATE' special thread on SCW for this event.
Unit Limitation:
1) No Hi-Tier or Boss Units, until later in the game
2) Chips are disabled in the event.
3) Any units can be used
Pre-Combat:
1) Player must declare to who's faction he/she is fighting for in this event. Or if he/she is a neutral unit.
2) The RPing thread will be locked down and RPs in this thread will be stopped.
Combat:
1) Prone time is 48 hours
2) Mission are to be stated
3) Terrain are to be stated
4) PC Limits are to be stated
5) Enemy Units will be equal to players
6) Reinforcements will be allowed, but will arrive at a given time, which will depend on the event
Reinforcements:
1) You have to first inform the GM that you'll be a reinforcement unit/force. You'll probably have to explanation why.
2) The GM will probably decide what turn you'll appear based on your explanation why, or probably based on your RP.
After Combat:
1) All units are repaired and resupplied
2) The RPing thread will be unlocked and RPs in this thread will be continued.
Unit Destruction:
1) Unit destroyed can't be used in the next event, but can be after the next one
example:
If *insert unit* is destroyed in Event 1, in can't be used in Event 2, and can only be use again at Event 3.
2) If unit is assigned to Mothership and the ship is destroyed, all deployed units can continue fighting. But docked units inside the ship are considered "DESTROYed".
3) Destroyed unit's pilot only gains half of the PCs and UP gained.
example:
Let's say the awards for winning is 200 PCs and 50 UPs. If *insert unit and pilot* is defeated in combat, but his/her side wins. He/she's award is only 100 PCs and 25 UPs.
Example of the Event Flowout:
Event Name: *insert Event Title*
Terrain: *insert terrain(s) and on what turn it'll affect if multiple terrains are going to be used*
Objectives: *insert objectives*
Notes: *insert GameMaster's notes*
Players: (0/limit)
NPC: (allied to players)
Neutral Players: (0/limit, you can fight both forces)
Enemy Players: (0/limit)
Enemy Forces 1: (allied, hostile or neutral to enemy force 2/enemy players)
Eenmy Forces 2: (allied, hostile or neutral to enemy force 1/enemy players)
Example of Event Combat: (I copied yours Signal, and modified it alittle. I'm sorry if I didn't asks...
)
Somewhere near Solomon, the Archangel is being attacked by an overwhelming amount of ZAFT troops (let's say 20+ GINN and 2 ships), with only Kira and Mwu to defend the Archangel, Mariyu sends an SOS and the transmission was picked-up by nearby neutral/allied mothership's communications link... the neutral/allied mothership's agrees to help the Archangel though the neutral/allied unit is currently in the sector near Luna II. On turn 2 or 3 if they were delayed, they will appear in battle to help out... but if it is a unit in a sector near Luna II, it'll take turn 3 or 4 if delayed, before they appear in battle.
Rules will given before the event, on what is the limitation of units quantity you can bring. So you wouldn't see an event with 100 GMs deployed if your engaging only 4 ACE-piloted Zaku IIIs.
There, that's all.
Signal, I can help you writing the events and such, as long as I'm not busy. And can you please IM your cel. no. if you have any. XD
