Profile: A well-talented C.A.K.E member with a great sense of perception and with quick reflexes, he however is actually very much inexperienced in conventional combat, though he has LOADS of potential, and when given something of his preference, he's an excellent pilot. A newtype, he does not know this yet, nor does anyone know whether he shall be a subpar, commonplace, or legendary one. However, he does have a bright future ahead of him...
Altair is amnesiatic, a huge portion of his life missing from his memories. He knows that he was formerly a mercenary who worked from colony to colony. He may not know much, but he was left a memento; he has ten bullet wounds in his chest, all off them a result of this enigmatic era of Altair's life. What is known is that specific and corrupt Federation officers were responsible for the wounds that still pain the raven-haired pilot to this day, not just physically but emotionally.
Altair's personality is generally good-natured, if sometimes selfish and closet-prideful. As a matter of fact, he has a huge ego, and tends to take on things on his own and get incredibly agitated when he can't do things he believes he should be able to. This is however, only because he wants to know that he's competent and useful when it comes to the assistance of other people.
Deep down inside, he struggles with this, because he knows there's more to life than just pride and power. But considering the fact that he totally enjoys being a pilot of giant robots, he wonders whether or not there is anything out there for him.
However, he is a good writer, and does care alot for others, that much is certain.
He is very good friends with Alain, almost like a big brother to him, and he holds Hikari important to him, as he finds a common ground with her in their linked past and surprisingly similar personalities. He has a peculiar relationship with Risa, his Orbital Frame's computer. He tends to treat her like a friend, a sister, and a girlfriend all at once. He claims it to be completely natural, and void of reason but still there.
... Altair believes that his past was a very simple one, in comparison to that of some of his friends, but little does he know that there is more to his mysterious history than even he realizes...

Profile ======= Rai Valdsigr: Based on Jehuty's blueprints, the Orbital Frame Rai Valdsigr, a combination of the Japanese "Rai" for Thunder, and the Norse "Valdsigr" as in "victory of the dominant", is Altair's strongest weapon in his hangar. Long thought by some to be destroyed, Rai Valdsigr was unwittingly reawakened by Altair involving an accident with supposedly "raw" Metatron ore. Although its abilities have yet to be fully unlocked, Rai Valdsigr has the potential to be every bit as powerful as Jehuty.
The Rai Valdsigr differs from its base mech in two ways, however; one is that the Rai Valdsigr more or less bears the appearance of a bastardization between an LEV and an OF than an actual Orbital Frame itself, and it lacks an onboard sentient computer to help guide the pilot; this explains Altair's initial inability to adapt to the Orbital Frame's raw speed and power.
But this was quickly alleviated when Altair discovered that the material of which his Orbital Frame consisted reacted to his Newtype nature, and created its own sentient computer, an innocent reflection of Altair's personality who called herself "Risa". Although he couldn't yet find an explanation to it, he was happy to have someone to talk to and to guide him in his piloting...
... but was she even a creation of his own? Or was she, as Altair's friend Sabiphan implied, part of that Metatron ore all along?
Rai Valdsigr Ver. 2: Rai Valdsigr v.2 is the result of Altair pouring everything he had into his Orbital Frame during a difficult fight. Although it was already evolving, the OF became far stronger than was supposed to, thanks to Altair's intervention in its growth process. Risa now also tends to wear a skin-tight suit similar to a Mobile Trace Outfit, which helps her gather information much quicker, and she has more control over her ability to temporarily materialize. Last worth mentioning is that the machine actually looks completely like an OF now...
One wonders what'll happen when Rai Valdsigr undergoes its final transformation...
Rai Valdsigr Zeta: This is what SHOULD be the penultimate evolution of the Rai Valdsigr, but there are hints in the system that it has still not yet reached its ultimate potential.
Risa finally has the ability to fully materialize and is fully exempt of the limits posed on her by the Orbital Frame. She now has her own separate body.
However, Altair's memories have not yet fully returned in spite of Risa being freed...
... there is still so much left to do and so little time...

Profile ======= Altair's Story: Formerly a GM-using mercenary, Altair Specineff found the remains of a destroyed Gundam Unit GP-01 lying around somewhere in a junkyard, and brought it to a nearby shop to have it repaired. However, the unit, while stronger than his GM and definitely high-end for its time, was still obsolete in this day and age. Also, it was much more cost-worthy to repair. As a result, with lots of tinkering, buying, and customization, Altair was finally able to upgrade the GP-01 bring it back up to current technology. However, it was still inferior to many of the higher end models out there. It didn't matter: Altair was GLAD to be out of his P.O.S GM.
Unfortunately, his FB is totally trashed as of current, only a mere skeleton of itself, thanks to Altair's half-baked plans.
Alain's Story: When Alain, thanks to the creation of a "Sea of Durac" from the explosion of his Unit 4's S2 Engine, ended up in the new universe, away from the rampaging Angels, from the treacherous SEELE, and from NERV, he found himself in a GP-01FB. What he didn't realize was that this FB belonged to a certain girl who ran away and took off from somewhere, stealing this. She hid it under the sands of the Mojave Desert temporarily, as she had to "take a leak". But by the time she returned, Alain had ran away with it.
Hikari's Story: Alain's GP01FB is actually that of Hikari Akemi. To run away from the space colony where she was from, for hidden reasons, she hijacked an officer's Full-Vernian and made her way to Earth with Ballast Packs to prevent her from being burned up in the Earth's Atmosphere. Unfortunately, when she had to hide behind a Cactus miles away to "take a leak", she came back only to find that she in turn had something stolen from her...

Part of the Federation Newtype labs, she was an excellent pilot and a powerful NT, but also a quiet, kindhearted girl. She grew a crush for Altair, which was made awkward by the fact that she became very close friends with Hikari as well... ... it's rumored that she was killed in the incident that also involved Altair's supposed death... Through a dream, he found out SEELE's plan of recreating the Third Impact. Shocked, feeling betrayed, he hastily scoured through the records, and although he was unable to verify his fears DIRECTLY, the circumstancial evidence was all there. This, coupled with his unknowingly "holier-than-thou" mindset tended to made him look as if he had no regard for personal rights or the right to keep a secret. After a chace meeting and discussion with the Enhanced Human Marty Laudbaum, Alain no longer does this, and has changed his outlook on other people, becoming slightly more trusting. Alain is very homesick and worried; he can't wait to find his family and the rest of the NERV-Nevada employee roster so he can rightfully return home and put a stop to SEELE's madness. But what is clear is that it was traumatic, she was forced to work for a person or organization that she abhored, and killed many innocent people in the process, scaring her mentally for the rest of her life, and explaining her bipolar personality. She can either be mellow, forgiving, and almost submissive, or violent, merciless, and domineering. She escaped from a colony that she has yet to identify with a GP-01FB, which in return, ended up "stolen" by Alain when she decided to find a place to "take care of buisiness". Obviously, she was very irritated that she had to either hitchhike or walk to Los Angeles the rest of the way. Every encounter she had with a car there was always an unfortunate one for the (male, ugly, and sexually predisposed) drivers and their vehicles. The last man Hikari encountered was "lucky" enough his custom car was only stolen from him, not destroyed. Peculiarly, Hikari still has this Hot-Rod with her and still uses it as if it were hers from day one... After a Federation attack on the town of Sirger, she found the young EVA Pilot who stole the GP-01FB she used as her getaway vehicle and was on the verge of killing him until Altair stepped in to mediate. Fortunately, things worked out and she gained a new friend in Altair, and Sabiphan the bard. She and Alain have also settled their issues. Without a doubt, Hikari, as beautiful as she is a dangerous force to be reckoned with. Thanks to her friends, she is now much less prone to bouts of anger, but when she does get angry, she can be expected of the same wild fury she was known for from her first day in Sirger. Unfortunately, Alain found out that the S2 Engine of his Evangelion had been mysterously removed. Whether this was due to the explosion that brought him to this universe, or whether it was something else entirely, the missing component had to be accounted for. SubcharactersSubcharacter 4: Marcia Class: Borrows Altair's NT Class Profile: Hailing from one of the many universes with the micro-sized, virtual-world fighting machines referred to as Custom Robos, Marcia and her partners were able to successfully defeat, repel, and most probably destroy a monstrous entity known only as "Rahu" that had been terrorizing their world. After their world, whose population had been reduced to a large dome-city that was only a miniscule fraction of the size of the Earth, was saved, the scientists and the police force asked for the Bounty Hunters of Steel Hearts, Marth, Harry, and Marcia, to explore the outside world a little more, to search for any traces of Rahu. Accompanying them was none other than Marcia's long-lost brother, who reunited with her during the Rahu incident. What they found in the outside world was a discovery of lost technology from the world before; an inter-dimensional warp gate of sorts. The scientists set up camp in this area of the decimated Earthen surface, and conducted experiments. Finally, 6 people were chosen to go through the portal, Marcia being one of them. Now, Marcia is in a totally different Earth, one that has access to most of the rest of the galaxy, and maybe even the universe, and whose robots are gigantic, not tiny. Marcia is a shy, sensitive girl who has had a traumatic upbringing, being constantly experimented on due to her unexplained special ability to dive into the memories of a Custom Robo. She used to rarely open up to other people. However, her experiences with her friends from Steel Hearts, and the return of her brother Sergei has lightened the load on her heart. Now she is far more open and stronger-willed than before. In spite of that though, she is still somewhat shy and sensitive, and still somewhat attached to her brother, and now also Marth. Overall, she is a kindhearted, gentle person, but when it comes to the people she cares about, or when it comes to issues that she considers serious, she can get extremely angry, maybe even dangerously violent. In addition, he also learned about the threat of Rahu from an intelligent scientist living in the outside world who just so happened to be Marth's father. He became a member of the Z Syndicate, a foundation dedicated to protecting the domed city from Rahu, and abandoned his call of duty as a police officer. In doing so, however, he also abandoned his little sister Marcia and left her alone with no clue of where he went. After the death of Z's leader, the Syndicate grew corrupt, and Sergei was forced to hide his pure and just intentions from the likes of the new guard who had wished to take Rahu's power for their own. Eventually, due to the intervention of Steel Hearts' bounty hunters, and the police force, the new, corrupt Z was stopped, and Rahu finally defeated, thanks in part to Sergei's advice and assistance. After the Rahu incident, Sergei and Marcia were happy to be with each other once again, but Sergei had to attend to return to his job, this time as head of Outer World Security. As such, Marcia grew lonely once again and longed for more time to spend with her brother. One day, the scientists of this world discovered ancient technology that allowed inter-dimensional travel. During the exploration of this portal, the six volunteers were lost and scattered throughout the new dimension. Luckily for Marcia, Sergei ended up with her. Unluckily for the both of them, they had no knowledge of this new world they were in. Sergei's could best be described as a teacher, a scholar, and a just man all at once. He joined Z in the sake of defending the one he cared about most, Marcia. With his knowledge and experience, he is a wise person and Marth looks up to him for advice. However, despite this, he is always trying to learn, always trying to find out the truth. He is very protective of his sister, but not incredibly so; he knows that she has to learn how to live on her own at times, and so does she. However, when his sister is threatened, he can get VERY angry... this rare explosion of fury is almost never seen in Sergei... and it's hoped that no one ever has to experience it firsthand. He becomes cold-hearted and merciless towards most others, and gains a frightening sense of persistence matched only by a wild animal. Altair compares Sergei's anger to Ideon firing its gun... Purchasing Cost: 30 PCs Acquired by: Bought Fair and SquareStory: During the Federation attack on Sirger, Alain took control of a Whitelaw even though he wasn't part of CAKE yet, solely for the sake of defending the city. He immediately found out that he was not only an effective fighter in an EVA, but also blessed with startlingly good luck; though he had much potential as a non-EVA operator, he was still a novice pilot and it was amazing that with his only prior training being Computer Fight Simulators, he survived the fight.
Alain no longer uses his Whitelaw now that he has his Evangelion back, but he keeps it just in case.

SubcharactersSubcharacter 6: Marth Class: Borrows Altair's NT Class (For Now) Profile: Marth was a normal, if slightly irresponsible and absent-minded young man, who is now his world's greatest Custom Robo commander.
Joining the Bounty Hunters of Steel Hearts, he worked his way up and honed his skills at an accelerated rate. Everything, except for the peculiar nature of Marth's rapidly increasing skill, went as normal from day to day...
... until he and his friends encountered the autonomous Custom Robo Rahu, that began to upset the balance of peace in the world. Eventually, Marth came to understand the true history of his world, how Rahu had ravished it years ago. When the Z Syndicate stole the monstrous entity from their hands after they defeated it, Marth and the police force gave chase and followed them into the outside world. There, Marth gained an ally in Marcia's undercover brother Sergei and learned that his own father, who had left him years earlier, was the former leader of the Z Syndicate who had died of old age. Fulfilling his father's true wishes, he and his friends sought to stop the corrupt Z Syndicate and stop Rahu once and for all, which they accomplished.
After Rahu's destruction, most everything went back to normal, but one day, the scientists of Marth's world discovered ancient technology that allowed inter-dimensional travel. During the exploration of this portal, the six people who volunteered for the trip scattered throughout the other dimension. Marth is now on his own, finding that his Custom Robo has lost its effectiveness in this universe and that his friends are nowhere near him. His only hope for surviving those meaning to physically attack him is the watch on his left wrist, a gift by his father, which gives him the ability to erase the memories of those who he chooses...
As said before, Marth is absent-minded, and sometimes irresponsible, but he can get very serious when he needs to. Though he does not know it, and humbly denies it, he's a rennaissance man, a quick learner capable of many things, and his skill with his Ray-01 is unparalleled...
Though not always... considerate... he is definitely caring and supportive of his friends. He is very close friends with the other two members of Steel Hearts, who would never abandon him, despite his... propensities. He lives alone with his older sister Mira, a police officer, in a well-maintained, decent house, possibly something his parents left behind when (or if?) they passed away. Just like his friends, Mira stands by Harry's side and has complete faith in him despite her reservations about him.
Joining the Steel Hearts Robo-using bounty hunters after being rejected from the much more affluent and recognized Deep Blue, Harry was incompetent and unwanted at first. His skills as a Custom Robo commander were nothing special and he was marked by his boss Ernest as not-to-be-counted-on and foolhardy. The only reason he was never fired was because of Marcia's kindhearted intervention, and the sheer fact that the "just starting" Steel Hearts needed all the help it could get.
Then, came the day when Marth walked into Steel Hearts Headquarters. A complete newbie to Robo-commanding, Marth almost made a complete fool of himself in front of Ernest had Harry not reminded his boss that they needed more people in their scant employ. That day changed Harry's life, as he and Marth became eventually became good friends, despite Harry's initial perception that Marth was overtly naive and aloof, and Marth's initial perception that Harry was disgustingly arrogant and pedantic. As well as this, the potential of Harry's robo-piloting abilities began to emerge, as both he and Marth slowly but surely became S-Rank commanders.
During the Rahu incident, Harry stood by his friends through thick and thin, showing himself to be more competent than Marth in certain instances. He even displayed the power of his raw hidden talent by taking out a powerful enemy who had completely defeated Marcia. This he did, given the fact that Marcia had once been able to take Harry out in a match with little effort at all. However, even alone, he nor Marth could take out Rahu, and thus, the three friends had to pull themselves together to extinguish Rahu once and for all.
After this, the three took a long vacation, and came back finding that a new technology had been discovered, allowing interdimensional travel. The government/police force fearing that this could present a new threat to their world, Marth, Marcia, Sergei, Harry, Mira, and Roy, a skillful member of the police force who had proved himself capable during the Rahu Incident, set forth through the portal, into the unknown.Fight Record:Wins: vs. Kazu Klyne "Rematch Time: Old vs. New Once Again!"; gained 36 UPs, go to Altair instead. Purchasing Cost: 450 PCs Acquired: Purchased 450 PC Gundam Dressup Story: The Gundam Milky Way was a product of Mobile Suit technology combined with cryo-kinetic magitech. It was a not-too-faithful-but-still-effective recreation of Marcia's Custom Robo, the Milky Way.
Unfortunately, disaster struck. During a simple training simulation, Marcia's Gundam Milky Way witnessed the destruction of its incredibly powerful mainstay weapon, the Cryo-Kinetic Pulse Gun. Without it, the Gundam lost most of its strength and lacked any of the effective killpower that it used to have.
Luckily, Marcia's friends eventually chipped in to help her upgrade her Mobile Suit, upping its power in conventional combat. The Milky Way Divider was created, its name a tribute to the Gundam X Divider which suffered the same fate. With the ability to summon Ice Familiars and with the deadly firepower of the Twin Frost Punishers, it is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
