Profile: When Hraevalsegr completes the last step of its major evolutions, Altair finds himself able to meld minds with the Orbital Frame during battle to the point that he can exploit it to its fullest, a mysterious transformation that, after much observation, has been found to have absolutely nothing to do with his Newtype powers. In this form, Altair makes no wasteful moves and can avoid hits with relative ease, as if he were the Orbital Frame itself. While he loses his Newtype Pressure ability, he gains much more in the process.
Altair can assume this form outside of his Orbital Frame as well. When he does, he gains physical strength rivalling that of Hikari's, along with the power to perform his patented Orbital Frame attacks himself...
... if this has nothing to do with Altair's NT Abilities, then what is the explanation for this strange phenomenon?

Though not necessarily the brightest academically, he is pretty sharp in actuality. He is a tad bit susceptible to his emotions, and can be a bit shallow at times, but he does have the ability to step back and realize his faults quick enough to correct himself. He is a great Martial Artist, evident in his ability to block bullets with his Manriki-Gusari and catch some of them in mid-air. Primarily, Sirius had a bit of a grudge against Altair. When Altair left their family at the startlingly young age of 15 to make a name for himself, knowing that the blemish on his personal record would get him nowhere as far as careers and education were concerned, Sirius lost contact with his best friend and the person had been closest to in his life. Two years passed, and the Specineff family soon came to notice little snippets in the Newspapers about a talented mecha mercenary called the "Devil Scythe Specineff" who was so skilled as to be able to defeat his enemies without killing them, usually, and his own motley crue of mercs. Naturally, Sirius and his parents knew just who these two were, and they kept their own scrapbook of stories involving the Specineff's traverses. But then, they read something horrendous in the papers one day: Altair Specineff had went insane and was responsible for the slaughter of an entire asteroid colony in Jovian Space, commiting suicide before he was caught. In shock and heartache, Sirius' mother passed away, and his dad eventually contracted a disease due to his anxiety over his wife's death. Orion Specineff continued to believe that his son was not responsible at all, but Sirius, heartbroken, had lost his hopes. When Altair finally returned home to Brooklyn, New York to meet his family again, Sirius was both glad to hear that his brother lives, and angry that he had dared to show his face in front of him again. Through much arguing and after Altair regains all of his childhood memories thanks to a chance encounter with his dying father that actually saves his life, Sirius finally realizes that Altair, with his kind personality, could not have been responsible for those millions of innocent deaths. After this, Orion implores Sirius to go with Altair and get reacquainted with him, following in his footsteps like he used to dream: after all, if Altair was able to live the life of a mecha pilot successfully and happily as a just person, despite his father's initial reservations, then Sirius could very well do the same. Sirius looks up to his brother and loves him very much. Considering that he idolizes him, he is distressed to realize that he is unable to pilot Real Robots efficiently despite his fairly through knowledge for his age of the way they operate. He is initially quite angered to find out that the only thing he can pilot well is a Super Robot, but he comes to appreciate it eventually. An amusing thing involving Sirius are situations that involve him, women, and his brother. More often than not, this usually leads to arguments, such as Sirius being confused as to why his brother is so susceptible to girls and Altair being confused as to why Sirius gives him such a hard time about this when he himself has the same problem...
