This Mazinger Z was reproduced by the Technological Centre's designers and technicians. This unit's design was acquired after a series of under-table negotiations with the Photon Research Institute, in which a technology transfer deal was concluded. Requesting for the design was a long shot, and up till now Julius and his friends are still wondering why the Institute let him have the design in its entirety. Mazinkaiser is built with Chogokin Nu-Z Alpha alloy, with unexplained regenerative properties. It took the Centre's staff a long time to refine and finally get the chemistry of the alloy right, it was not an easy task even with XEPHIAS' mastery of ultra-advanced technologies. Julius could only remark that the person who created this machine is a sick genius. Mazinkaiser also has powerful weapons to match the brute strength that it possesses. Turbo Smasher Punch, Kaiser Knuckle, Fire Blaster, and the Full Power Kaiser Blade all contribute to making life hell for opponents. This machine is now currently assigned to Julius, who futhur improved upon the base design to make it at least comparable to the original version that Kabuto Kouji piloted. The Wing Gundam Zero was upgraded from the original Wing Gundam, thanks to a series of combat data that flooded in from the fights that the Wing Gundam was involved in. It boasts several enhancements over the Wing Gundam, such as a more powerful Twin Buster Rifle, a stronger structure and general improvements on all weapons. However, the most important improvement must be the Zero System which allows the pilot to predict the enemy's movement and tactics accurately, thus vastly improving the Wing Zero's combat performance. Currently, the Wing Zero is still undergoing more combat trials to furthur improve upon its systems, and projects are now underway to recreate the powerful Gundam Epyon, which is based upon the Wing Gundam and the Tallgeese, and the Wing Gundam Early Type, which is rumored to be the more powerful prototype of the Wing Gundam. The Gundam Epyon in particular, has captured the Institute's attention as it has the same Zero System that makes the Wing Zero such a fearsome opponent in combat. As a Real Robot, the Messer is quite capable, though it cannot match up to more powerful main combat units. It is a good training machine, though. This unit was built by XEPHIAS' technicians, and it was meant to bridge the gap between Real Robots and Super Robots. With an avian theme designed into it, it was codenamed the Eagle. Chogokin coated claws are the main weapons, with Photon Power missiles serving as long range weapons. Later, the unit was upgraded into the more capable Raptor, and this new form featured weapons such as a limited usage Rust Hurricane and a Koushiryoku Beam that is above average in power. The chogokin coated claws were improved in power as well. The reactor also saw a 50% increase in output to cope with the increased power demand. Finally, its frame was also strengthened and toughened, and can take more punishment than before. The Raptor became a versatile light to medium combat unit frequently used by the Institute's pilots for practise fights and simulations. PPI-0010 Eagle

One of the XEPHIAS Technological Centre's most successful and deadliest project, the Granzon is an Armored Module of immense power, built by genius scientists Shuu Shirakawa as his personal machine. The original Granzon was sealed by Shuu himself in his hangar, ringed and protected by deadly automated defenses that easily prevented even Super Robots from approaching it. The Centre only acquired the blueprint of the Granzon by assigning Kirie in Black Great Mazinger to hold the defenses at bay, while Julius Firefocht slipped into the hangar's computers and hacked into the mainframe to acquire the data. As a unit, the Granzon was impressive enough that the Centre had to construct and seal it deep underground alongside the likes of Zeorymer of the Heavens, Turn-X and Mazinkaiser. Powered by an Annihilation Engine, which is a perfected version of the Black Hole Engine, the Granzon had more than enough power to hold its own in any fight. It's weapons speak for themselves, the Worm Smasher is easily capable of literally smashing Mobile Suits into pieces, while its Black Hole Cluster and Prototype Shukutaihou ensure that larger enemies face a threat of instant annihilation if they were ever hit by such weapons. The Graviton Cannon is powerful enough to target multiple enemies at once, though its usage is limited by its energy charges. The built-in Waikyoku Field generator protects the Granzon from minor damage, while it's regenerative properties allows it to repair itself, much like Mazinkaiser and Zeorymer. As of now, Julius is officially assigned as the Granzon's pilot, since the construction was mostly accomplished through his effort. Other pilots such as Kirie and Mahoro have fought in it as well, though they have achieved mixed results. Apparently the Granzon is best piloted by a genious capable of optimizing the vast power at the Granzon's disposal, and as of now Julius appeared to be the only person capable of doing exactly that. In fact, he had personally modified the Granzon's design to be more modular, allowing the addition of more optional equipment. Julius also laminated the Granzon's Orihalcon Armor with Chogokin Nu-Z, thus resulting in a machine tougher than most average units in the battlefield. It remains to be seen if there are more secrets to this mysterious machine, though Julius suspects that there is something more than meets the eye in it... This Astray Blue Frame was bought over from the United Emirates of Orb, at the request of the Centre. It features simple systems for now, but the Institute believes that with more combat data and more specially fabricated upgrade parts, it is possible to increase the power of this Gundam. Already on the drawing board is a versatile weapons upgrade called the Tactical Arms Pack, which offers a lot more firepower and melee combat capability to the unit. Even more advanced is the Lohengrin Launcher that is currently in development, and which requires more combat data to fine-tune and complete. Once completed, the Blue Frame will become a powerful long-range unit to be feared on the battlefield. This unit appeared in a gigantic white egg in front of the Technological Centre's Hangar one fine morning. It took the combined firepower of Mazinger Z, Wing Gundam and a lot of other mecha belonging to the Centre to crack the egg, literally. When the egg was finally cracked open, this unit, Rahxephon, was found inside. Following the rule of "finders keepers", the Institute staff decided to take ownership of the unit. Extensive testing and research showed no visible power source within the unit, nor any visible weapons. However, the Centre is of the opinion that the hidden power of Rahxephon is powerful enough to literally reshape the Earth, or even this dimension as we know it. One of the most powerful machine ever to be recreated by the XEPHIAS Technological Centre, Zeorymer of the Heavens is a true menace to any mecha currently deployable on the modern battlefield. Built with a sound structure that allows it to take punishment easily, it's greatest asset is not the Dimensional Coupler Gun, though that weapon alone is already powerful enough to level most opponents. Instead, it is the Dimensional Coupler System built into the unit itself, which when activated grants Zeorymer regenerative powers to both its structure and energy source, in addition to a powerful protective barrier and the ability to create after-images of itself. Finally, the Dimensional Coupler System also incorporates a piloting aid function that assists the pilot in increasing his combat effectiveness.
