[Dertah's Phase]

Hatred. Raw, seething hatred was all Dertah's eyes were full of. As the small unit which evidently had slain his brother closed in, Dertah removed his unit's helmet, revealing his own grotesque head. Drawing his Tragedy Sword, he closed in one the small unit.
The battle seemed to stand still for an eternity as the two clashed. Blade against blade, back and forth, in an almost endless dance which only one of them would emerge from. There are some who say that your true heart comes out when locked in mortal combat, as if your movements can say what words cannot. Dertah's movements spoke volumes, as every slash and parry was full of nothing but the desire to end his opponent's life.
No words were exchanged as the two continued to duel, the clashing of the blades growing ever faster, as they both picked up the pace to overpower their opponent. Impressive was the display of the Perfect Daizengar, as it repelled the much larger Dertah as easily as one of equal size would. However, Dertah had the size and leverage advantage.
Bringing his sword down with one arm, Dertah began to push as hard as he could down on Perfect Daizengar's right Zankantou. Sensing an opening, Zengar swung the left one towards Dertah's side.. and was met with an arm. The blade, unable to gather proper velocity, only managed to sink into the large arm, but not through. Dertah shut out the searing pain, and his face began to show signs of morbid glee, as he pushed down ever harder. A cracking became audible, but no one is sure which blade was cracking. Fearing it was his own, Zengar acted in the only way he could think...
The two shoulders of the Perfect Daizengar began to light up, as they each blasted Dertah directly in the face with the General Blaster. Dertah reeled back from the shot, and as he looked up, he saw a single blade descending. It seemed to take hours to fall, but Dertah found he couldn't move...
