Of course, you have to remember that that's a Grunt which did nothing but pump all it's points into HP. Even after maxing, the current setup allows for a few useful weapons.

Einst Modified Frame isn't in the lexicon. You need to define it.
Hm. No Nadesico motherships? Odd, considering the Boson Cannon was a mothership weapon.
You should probably point out that Offense Mode isn't actually a System, and thus can be stacked with other Systems.
No development on hissatsu costs yet?
Wow, those Aura Giris cost your life. Think it could be a little less horrible?

Game System Kai isn't really Ancestors. Rapiecage was with the DC if anything, but maybe just make it unrestricted?
This is personal preference, but is there any chance of seeing the V-MAX or V-MAXIMUM systems?
Mothership should give 5 SAMW slots (since every Mothership has that much).
Offense Mode isn't a system.

Reasonable levels of HP now, although I still think that the inaccessibility of the taunting juggernaut Helmholtz is kinda mean.
I don't get the point of the restricted Regen. Is it just to prevent someone from buying two Regens and stacking them? If so, it might be better worded as "You can only buy each type of Regeneration once. If you buy HP/EN Regeneration 25%, then you cannot buy any other type of regeneration." As it is worded, it is vague and implies that an Aerogator unit has to buy HP/EN Regen, instead of just getting a single-type Regen, when they have access to EN Regen 25%.
Also, there's no tangible difference between Beam Coating S and Twin Merit Coating, aside from a spiffy name.
Might I suggest that Gundam units get access to X3 I-Field?
Much more complete in general.
Other than that, I can't offer a complete commentary without the boost mechanics as well.

Brainwave Synchro Control is assassass. It should be no more expensive then HALO, and Direct Feeling control is better then the both of them. Also, HALO is kinda weird on this anyway. Were you just System surfing when you made the list?
The capability for Invincibility and SP Drain is broken as all hell.
I still have serious issues with SEED Mode and Super Robot Spirit. It would be nice if you actually chose real abilities. In a side note, Auto-SEED+PSA = Psychoframe+HLF? I think not. Maybe Gundam should just be the "generic" one. The set of Gundam bosses isn't very uniform, and SEED doesn't have any at all.

Yes I thought my pummeling of avitar demonstrated why "super iron wall that's cheaper than iron wall" or invincibility, was a really really bad idea.
Also in response to tavish's suggestion, probably better to just replace Nu I-field with it.

Gravity Territory should be usable by Guest/Inspectors or probably an [All] use since, some of type of the mecha series can use it. EDIT: The same works with the Waikyoku Field. Since the Neo Granzon, Inspectors and even the Aerogaters uses it.

I think Mothership should be +200 or even +300 HP. Just look at how much HP a normal ship usually has. Regular ships have about 350 HP. Hi-Tier or Bosses have 600~1200 HP. At only +100, most types will only walk away with 300~400 HP, certainly not enough for a boss ship.
Like Tavish said, you have 2 barriers that do the exact same thing, but have different costs. Any particular reason? In addition, X3 I-Field isn't really that much different fron Nu, other then it not being negated by Anti-Funnel.
And hey, stop ignoring everyone and say something, yo. At least get around to posting the updated weapon list.
