Voted yes, but I'm not sure about the CC penalty. I'd like HMs to remain the best countercutting class. >_>
(Yes, I know HMs would technically CC better against most enemies, but it's like old Mazinger Pilots and Grendizer Pilots, where Mazinger Pilots tanked better than Grendizer Pilots in general, but Grendizer Pilots could still outtank Mazinger Pilots when they fought each other.)

I like it a lot, but I'm not so sure about removing the CC Penalty on YnC because of this either.

Hey, who's Mr. No and where's his post?

It might not hurt to take a new look at YnC. SR pilots are a lot more reliant on unit damage reduction now, making YnC (X) death in a can even more than it already was.
Anyway, I'm happy with both ends of moving the CC penalty.

The Poll Question should be phrased as...
"Are the below stats acceptable?"

Hey, my sentence structure is not the thing up for perusal here. Keep on the subject at hand.

On second thought I agree with the switching of CC penalties. YnC can be looked at overall another time, but as it is I like the mods to Hyper Mode. It makes it different from similar abilities (SDL comes to mind), but not better or worse in any way.

I see 4 "No"s and none of the voters posting why. This is not helping one bit.

I like them, personally. I do have to echo that Yuushas losing their CC penalties sucks, but you've also stated on the Dogma that they'll get a compensation for it, and I trust they won't get hosed.
I still, however, burn a candle for the day that Gundam Fighters can become their own Core Fighters in atmospheres.

Given the majority in favor, and the lack of any naysayer posting a reason, I would say that these are acceptable and should be implimented as soon as possible.

Good to go as well. Can Frost, one of the GMods, or Eis post these stats as well as Sei senshi? My computer has difficulty viewing the SC for some reason. I even had to go back to IE because Firefox was loading the SC REALLY SLOWLY.
