Auction Haro and a Battleship question

I think I've found something that needs to be addressed. Say if you have an Auction Haro which locks dodge cost a 5 and equip it onto a battleship which locks the dodge cost at 30, what would the dodge cost be?

Would it be normal dodge cost or would the haro override the battleship dodge cost because it's the ultimate dodging item.

IMO, Haros are always first priority, so it should be 5.
But then, my counter-argument would be that a ship having insane dodging would be strange...unless you're in Vandread. Or maybe Lost Universe.

IMO the inherent abilities should come first, since items are external factors. Having the lock dodge cost for battleships is the reason to avoid the super dodging flaw. ^^
