Recently an issue regarding the Xi Gundam and Penelope has arisen:

Thanks for the stats, mafty! To be honest, the new stats have its ups and downs in my view. With the missing weapons and abilities (Penelope shield, etc. Well, they are based off the G Gen ^^), they did went down a little. But ze more accurate names (the Minovsky stuff, adjusted Funnel Missile for Penelope, Penelope's HP as boss) are reasonable.
I'll talk to the other Hangar Engineers about it. Thanks again. ;D
I suggest we keep the important things for ze units while adding some stuff and correcting the names. What do you guys think?
I've been thinking for the past few days. Seeing Xi's and Penelope's stats in the SC, you could see that it is weak and virtually defenseless against a mech with countercut. That's why I tried to make some new stast for both of them, to make them worthy of their Ensign rank and price, as well as their "non-weenie" status. (Face it, with 60 HP, it aint gonna slip in through weenie holes. ^^;
Xi Gundam
Stats:
HP: 60, EN: 25, IS: 2
Weapons:
1) Vulcan - 2 damage x 2, 20 rounds
2) Missile Launcher (P)- 4 damage x 2, 5 rounds
3) Beam Saber (M)- 12 damage
4) Beam Rifle (B)- 12 damage, 10 rounds
5) Funnel Missile (PSX)- 12 damage/PC. Requires NT/EH ability
Inherent Abilities:
1) Shield
2) Countercut
3) Minovski Engine: Dodge Cost -5
4) Beam Coating
5) Usable by Ensigns and above

HP: 75, EN: 25, IS: 2

4) Beam Rifle (B)- 15 damage, 8 rounds
5) Funnel Missile (PSX)- 12 damage/PC. Requires NT/EH ability

1) Countercut
2) High-Output Minovski Craft: Dodge Cost -5
3) Beam Coating
4) Usable by Ensigns and above
