Before I move onto the next section of the PC rules, I'm a bit puzzled by something.
Lending. Are we, or are we not able to lend out PCs? According to the old faq, we're unable to lend out PCs to individuals. That's fine with me, I can deal with that. The only problem is that there *is* a debts section of the PCD format, which MAY lead to some confusion..so I just want to clear that up before any other rules are posted.

Well, I've heard of pooling/lending at auction times, so it looks alright. But then, how are people going to repay them? There is also the factor of trust, as per the real world. And also, there will be a greater need to update the PCDs frequently.

We used to be able to lend out mechas and PCs at will and with proper agreement, and all those stuff went well back then. IMHO, I think we should allow lending again. At least it makes things easier for the newbies for one thing. As I see it, the newbies are really having a bad and tough time racking their PCs up, especially by the SADIST rules (which is correct of course). I think even with the cheap units that we have released won't help too much either...

Hmm. Then we should reinstate lending. Of course, the lenders and the borrowers have to BOTH state the same agreement in their PCDs/AMs.
