Pfft! The Einsts will be back I tell you! =o
Neue will be like, "You humans, we don't like how your roots are going. Oh oh! Inspectors weren't right too! And Balmarians are the same! I know, lets go back to the Land of Beginning and reset the universe!" and you'll go like oh noes! and stuff and try to defend Earth and then Excellen will keep getting headaches cuz Alfimy keeps bothering her and Kyousuke. And like you get MX-style super eye candy fighting animation and stuff with the MUCH MORE awesome ATX Team~ =o
Ok ok SRX Team isn't bad either but it's just not as cool without Ingram anymore~ =p
Also, if we go by Alpha timeline, isn't Bian dead for ages~? =X

The only series missing from the original Alpha roster are Giant Robo and Dunbine, the latter got a lot of attention in Alpha...but damn, Giant Robo was sure left unfinished. Virtual On....seriously, who saw that coming? I think that producer guy (Terada was his name?) is now including series for the surprise value. Series that nobody has ever asked for or expected to enter SRW. Like Brain Powerd, Betterman, Megazone, etc. Bian as the protagonist would rock, and if he's the dead they can always clone him or something XD BTW, I see lots of ppl talking like SRX and LoE are a given in this game...but I don't see them in the series list... =P

Excellen and Kyousuke needs to be on @3! seeing this might be like a combination of Impact and Alpha. Last note: i hope they add in another surprise last minute series kinda like what they did on @ for the Dreamcast which included G-breaker. *prays for FSS*

I second Signal's wishes. ~imagines KoG ripping apart the big bad bosses to shreds with no effort~ It'd sure destroy the plot and impact of the story, but hey, at least the Knight of Gold and the Mirage Knights will look cool doing it. Too bad FSS doesn't really have any babes in it... too flat and anorexic-looking for my tastes... ~~;;

If you want FSS in, make an Earth vs Joker System war, with you playing the Earth side. Let's see how much you'd want to see FSS in after that. I dunno, I hear Nagano's a bit uptight about letting people mess around with FSS's story.

From my manga's and DVD MH's and Headdliners are not that uber powerful as much would like to point out. Kinda weird how Gearsonline inputted that idea of MH's being so powerful despite some of them are just par HM/MS level.

I'd like to put it a little differently, Signal ol' pal: It's true that some of the FSS grunts (knights, mecha) are nothing to shout at. It's the top brass who are frightening. Imho you get the impression that Headliners aren't that good because:
a.) They happen to be common Headliners. They're still very good by the standards of a 'normal' martial arts expert like Kazuya or Treize; but that's in terms of physical ability (10x reflexes), not combat skill.
b.) They focus on effective fighting instead of causing massive property damage or dimensional rips, which is the norm for Kensei-class warriors. This applies in both Mortar Headds duels & man-to-man swordfights.
c.) They're usually up against another Headliner, i.e. an equal force, so their strength doesn't stand out that much. Or in many cases, a superior power like a Diver.
Hence, at the average scale, the soldier types are probably not much better than grunt Heavy Metals. It's at the middle-to-top ranks where the differences really begin to show.
