First of all....what *is* the A.R.C. Network?
The A.R.C. Network shall contain all the subcharacter lists of all players in the SC for the purpose of organization, ease of updates and to provide a factual basis on decisions regarding conflicting subcharacter claims.
In other words, this shall be a player's "account" for subcharacters. Though at best, mods will be more lenient here compared to the AM, but please do not abuse this leniency.
[/li][li] Each member is required to create one and only one thread in the AN which will contain his/her subcharacter list. Failure to do so automatically declares that member's claims to his/her subcharacters invalid.
[/li][li] Each thread following the list shall contain a history of updates to that subcharacter list. For any update/addition/deletion of any subcharacter, each player must make a new post in his/her own thread about the act/s, so as to provide a timestamp in which the actual time of the act/s is recorded. This is to be used as the basis in which first claim on a subcharacter shall be used. Each post can contain multiple updates.
[/li][li] Editing of update history posts is strictly prohibited, unless permission is granted by an AN mod, G-mod or Admin in the form of a personal note on the particular history post after the update.[/color] It is the sole responsibility of the player to make sure that each update history post is error-free. To correct an erroneous update history post means to delete it and add a new post, with the consequence of having a later timestamp.
[/li][li] AN checking shall be done at anytime the AN mod wishes it. Once the mod gives an AN account a clean slate, the player owning the thread must compile all current update history posts into one post (including the date of each update) and delete all the individual update history posts. This is to prevent massive threads filled with cleared update history posts.
[/li][li] The order in which each thread should be in should be strictly like this for maximum efficiency and ease of updating.
[/li][li] Posting of new ARC accounts for the sole purpose of 'new design', 'cleaning up one's ARC' or 'recreation of existing ARC' is strictly prohibited unless permission is to be granted by ARC mod, G-mod or admin.
