So finally, the event comes out of its shell from the deep confines of Central Dogma.
Here's the skinny:
- there are three colors to choose from: Blue, Red, and Gold - each participant can only apply in one color - there will be three stages in each event and the participant will be piloting a designated unit as dictated by the current stage - this is a winner-take-all event so that means, either you complete all stages to get your bagfull of goodies or you only go home with a basic Astray of the color you joined and 500 PCs...so give your best! - you need not bring any units since the units you'll be piloting will be assigned to you - your classes are not negated like previous events so bring the best one you have
The prizes are as follows:
At the end of the Red Astray event:
- Power Loader - Flight Pack - Hachi - Basic Red evolves to Gundam Astray Powered Red Frame - Sword Calamity - Unnou's Customized GINN - Hyperion Gundam - additional Basic Red
At the end of the Blue Astray event:
- Blue Scale System - Tactical Arms Backpack - Full Armor Phase Shift Pack - Basic Blue evolves to Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second L (with three evo points for Lohengrin Launcher) - Gai's Customized GINN - Raider Full Spec - additional Basic Blue
At the end of the Gold Astray event: - Basic Gold evolves to Gundam Astray Gold Frame Amatsu Mina - Forbidden Blue - Deep Forbidden - Hachi - Blitz Gundam - Dreadnought Gundam (DRAGOON)
I will be putting up sign-up threads in CommLink for each color.

Anyways, sign up as soon as you can. You'll never know what chips might pop up along the way.

To everyone else who hasn't signed up for this event:
Guys, you have nothing to lose here. It's an event so that means you need not bring anything and you always leave with something. Also, chips would be rewarded per stage unlike the major prizes and you'll never really know what you might get so I suggest you guys sign up for this. Also, everyone fights at lieutenant level so the newbies need not worry about their low ranks in this event.
So sign up now~!

I made a mistake not stating things clearly on one of the sign-up threads. This was when Quattro asked if a mod can participate in the events.
Yes, mods can participate in the events but it's either they participate as a fighter or as a GM. If they participate as a GM, they can no longer participate as a fighter and vice versa. The difference between the two are the prizes and that the chance for getting chips for GM's is much more limited than that of the participants.
So to make things clear, mods can participate in the Astray Event as fighters but they will no longer be able to be GMs.

May we switch classes between rounds of the event? Say, start off with Heavy Metal, and finish with Grendizer, for instance?
