No need, since we aren't going to get rid of CoE at this point.

Hard Worker + Entrepreneur - These along with E-Save just make Tensai too pointless as a class. Oops, my bad its not suppose to be 1.5, but X 1.25 for each, it be single level and would cost more than Attacker/Recognition/Guard.

Hmm... just a thought, but instead of having these be normal pilot skills, maybe there could be a single bonus slot available that can only be filled by a skill that applies to a series of units (I.E. OF's, Zoids, the Rahxephon stuff, Antibodies)
Because personally I don't see a reason to take a unit specific skill when there are still far more versatile and powerful skills available.

The reason would be that you like that series.

I've heard that SP Boost is supposed to add up to +60 max SP at the final level. If so, shouldn't it read as if the final skill overwrites the previous skills and be clarified, otherwise we have all the abilities of, say, Potential becoming accumulative? Also, with SP Boost, do I get the 10 (or whatever) SP automatically, or do I have to buy it as well? Also, if I have Logistic Support, and I use it to recover someone's ammunition, do they get EN (based on my skill) as well? We all sure about which classes have what slots? Newtype gets 3, but Enhanced Human gets 4, and they're more or less equatable. Yuusha only gets three too. Sad Yuusha. It seems to not really be touching on how "able" and skilled (or non-skilled) their class really is. In other words, it doesn't seem to be accounting for balance very well. Eh-HEM! Oh, in addition... It says we acquire skills like we do seishin. Does this mean we can overwrite them like seishin? I believe it can be done in at least some of the Super Robot Wars... And... say... [02:31] <Eis-Mikagami> IMPACT has a skill that replenishes all your HP/EN/SP to 100% [02:31] <Eis-Mikagami> when your HP/EN AND SP ALL drops to 20% or below [02:31] <Eis-Mikagami> it activates [02:31] <Eis-Mikagami> everytime ... can we get this? *puppydog eyes*

Couple questions.
1) Does Leadership stack? For instance, if I have 4 allies with Leadership, will I get DC - 20?
2) Do pilot skills carry over to clones summoned by Divinidad? Like, if I get my EH Leadership and summon 6 Divinidad clones, will they all have Leadership too?

Tavish> A resounding and ear-shattering NO to that.
Maullar> I don't think it stacks in SRW, so I don't think it should stack here either. As for the clones, no.

In SRW, as I recall, it uses the person with the greatest level of Leadership. Though since I can't remember if the bonuses increase per level, so maybe it doesn't matter at all.
Also, it should be noted that abilities like E Save and B Save work even if that pilot isn't the main pilot, in the games. Eris is a co-pilot in MX and her B Save ability gives you bonus Hyper Denchis, for example.

Yeah, we could use a distinction between which skills are active when. I'm of a mind though that however it works in SRW, the only ones that should be active for sub-pilots are SP/Seishin/Reward based skills. Otherwise some nasty combos can be worked out, plus this fits more with how we have things already.
Back to the E-Save issue, I've thought about it more and I'm fine if it stays as is, but only affects weapons. Some other classes DO get the same amount of shaft as that would give Tensai or worse, and it's not really fair to them for us to bitch. Plus, we have four slots to make up for it somewhat.
Also, regarding series skills, I had an idea last night at work for a Dual Kind (Betterman) Pilot Skill. It would give you a statistical boost in any unit as long as two pilots that possess it are SAMWed in that same unit. It would also, if you have two guys with it in that unit, give a bonus to the Kakuseijin and Tyran's Synapse Attack.

I say if we wanna keep it working the way it does it should be cut to -25%. That way you don't convert an en cost of 2 -> 1.

Im fine either way, and i agree with Kai since we do get 4 slots, its enough of a trade off.
As for the pilot/mecha related stuff, i find the Dual Kind idea neat, but are we goign to limit it to 2 seats?
